Chase Henderson is a fourth-generation Southwest Floridian, seventh-generation Floridian, and the co-founder and CEO of NURO.is. He has watched bigger Florida markets like Tampa and Miami throw the kind of events SWFL has never quite gotten — premium venues, real production, rooms that actually feel like something is happening. His vision for the group is to bring that energy to Southwest Florida and build a community where the next generation of founders, operators, and professionals can connect, collaborate, and build the kind of regional scene SWFL deserves.
Roger Aboytes
Co-Founder
Roger Aboytes is a second-generation Southwest Florida resident and the owner of Vantage Pointe Consulting, an independent employee benefits firm. Over the years, Roger has built his business through boots-on-the-ground networking — attending building industry association events, trade meetings, and chamber functions throughout the region. His vision for the group is simple — bring together the next generation of business owners, leaders, and professionals in SWFL and create a community where genuine connections turn into lasting friendships, partnerships, and opportunities.
Christian Anderson

Christian Anderson is a seventh-generation Floridian and a networking strategist who has spent years quietly putting the right people in the same room across Southwest Florida. He has built his reputation through introductions that actually stick — the kind that turn into partnerships, deals, and lasting friendships long after the first conversation ends. His vision for the group is to take what he has been doing on instinct and turn it into something repeatable: a community where the next generation of professionals in SWFL can find the people they need to grow.
